So, Dior Couture Spring two thousand and seven. Fantastic. Galliano created works of art with an asian aesthetic and a modern sense of proportion, while giving nods to Mr. Dior's New Look figures. The workmanship involved in these outfits was incredible, and the presentation was truely what couture should be. Galliano has always been the drama queen of couture week, but this time he managed to bring the grace and beauty without sacrificing the ideas or intensity behind it.

I had already duly noted that red dress among my travels. I love the fact that he would never think to go throug the easy way by using models of the right nationality... He lets their eyes be taped and blots out their eyerows whilst drawing them on higher. And throws steps on the runway for good measure. But *sigh*.. that dress...
Those are gorgeous on so many levels
I want Galliano to design opera costumes right now.
